Terms of Service

This page explains, in plain language, how working with Within Reach Digital LLC works. It’s an overview to set expectations. The full terms of any project are governed by my Master Service Agreement, which I provide and walk you through before you sign anything — nothing on this page replaces or overrides that agreement.

What I do

I’m a one-person web design studio in Indianapolis. I build custom websites for local businesses across three tiers (Launch, Growth, and Signature), each with a setup fee and monthly hosting. Details and current pricing are on my pricing page.

How a project works

I build your site first and show you the finished thing on a short call before you commit. If you decide to move forward, a signed agreement and a 50% deposit start the work; the remaining balance is due before your site goes live. Hosting is billed monthly and begins at launch. Full payment, revision, and timeline terms are spelled out in the Master Service Agreement.

Ownership

Once your final payment clears, you own the custom design, copy, and content I created for your site. Stock images, fonts, and third-party tools remain owned by their original licensors. I may show your finished site as a portfolio piece unless you tell me in writing not to.

Hosting and your domain

Hosting can be cancelled anytime with 30 days’ written notice. While I host you, I hold your domain; you can take full ownership anytime for a one-time $50 transfer fee. The full hosting and domain terms are in the Master Service Agreement.

What I don’t promise

I build professional, fast, well-made websites. I don’t guarantee specific business results — a particular number of leads, sales, or search rankings — because no honest web designer can.

The governing agreement

Every engagement is governed by the Within Reach Digital Master Service Agreement, provided before signing. If anything on this page seems to conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls. Governing law is the State of Indiana.
