Refund Policy

I build your website before you pay in full and show it to you first, so you see exactly what you’re getting before committing. Here’s how refunds work, in plain terms. The full terms are in my Master Service Agreement.

Before any work begins

Your 50% deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before I’ve started work on your project. If you change your mind before I begin, you get your deposit back, no questions.

After work has begun

Once I’ve started building, the deposit covers the time and work already underway. If you cancel mid-project, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance applies, as described in the Master Service Agreement. This is because the work — research, design, and build — happens up front.

Monthly hosting

Hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Your site stays live through the end of that final billing cycle. Hosting fees already paid for the current cycle aren’t refunded, but you won’t be billed again after cancellation.
