I’m Jarred, the owner of Within Reach Digital LLC. I built this site and I run it myself. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information this website collects and what I do with it. I’ve kept it short because the honest answer is: not much.

What this site collects automatically

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages get viewed, how the site performs, and general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally, and I don’t use it to track you across other websites. There are no advertising trackers, no Meta pixel, and no Google Analytics on this site.

Information you choose to give me

If you fill out a contact or quote form on this site, or book a call, you may provide your name, phone number, email, business details, and project preferences. I use that information for one purpose: to talk with you about building your website. I don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. It stays between you and me.

Calls and form submissions

When you call a phone number listed on this site, your call may be routed through a call-tracking service so I can count how many calls the site generates. This service records call metadata such as the number you dialed, the time, and the duration. It does not record the content of your call unless separately disclosed to you.

When you submit a form on this site (for example, the quote request form), the information you provide — such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the details of your inquiry — is sent to me by email through a third-party email delivery service (Resend) so I can respond to you. I use this information only to contact you about your inquiry and to provide the services you’ve asked about. I don’t sell it.

Cookies

This site uses only the minimal cookies needed for analytics and basic function. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to delete it, or ask me not to contact you again, anytime, by emailing jarred@withinreachdigital.co. I’ll honor it.
