When you hire Within Reach Digital, you’re working with me — not a sales rep, not a call center. I research your business, I build your site, and I’m the one who picks up when you call.
How this started.
I didn’t come to this from web design — I came to it from design. I was building a friend’s brand: his logo, his business cards, the whole identity. He needed a website too, but the quote from his usual guy was steep, so I told him I’d figure it out. I’d never built a site before in my life.
Eight months later, I’d finished it — and I mean finished, every last detail, because I didn’t know how to do it any other way. Then his plans changed. He scaled the business back, took a new job, and the site I’d spent eight months on never launched.
After that I kept seeing the same thing everywhere: great businesses right here in my own city with an outdated website — or no website at all. Owners who deserved better, who’d either been overcharged for something generic or had nothing to show at all. And there I was with a finished site nobody ever got to see.
So I do it backwards.
I build your site first — the real, finished thing — and show it to you before you’ve paid a dime or made a single decision. If it’s right, we make it yours. If it’s not, you’ve lost nothing, and I haven’t asked you to gamble on a promise. No risk, no pressure, no strings attached.
That’s not a sales tactic. It’s the only way that felt honest after the first one taught me what it’s like to build something nobody gets to use.
What I actually believe.
A great local business deserves a site that’s actually theirs — fast, built by hand, made for the people in their own neighborhood who are about to call them. Not a template with a logo dropped in and a stock photo on top.
I’m not trying to be the biggest web shop in the country. I’m trying to build the best sites for the businesses in this city — the ones I pass driving these streets. Built for Indianapolis, by someone who’s actually here.
